Orders

Orders shows the individual orders Amazon reports for your workspace. Owners, Admins, and Viewers can all open the list, detail page, and Statistics heatmap. The initial load covers the previous six months. After that, sellerfox checks for new order data roughly every 15 minutes. New orders appear after Amazon makes the order data available and sellerfox loads the order data.

Filter the order list

The “Orders” tab lists the newest order first. Each row shows the order ID, purchase time, marketplace, products, revenue in the workspace target currency, and Amazon's current status. You can sort by purchase time or revenue. sellerfox loads 25 rows at a time.

Newest first, with the marketplace, revenue, and Amazon's current status per row.

Set the filters and choose “Apply filter”:

FilterHow it behaves
Date rangeLast 30 days” is preselected. “Last 7 days” and “Last 30 days” include today
Product listAll products, a temporary product selection, or a saved product list. An order appears as soon as at least one item in the order is one of the selected products
Marketplaceappears when the workspace has several active marketplaces
Statusaccepts one or more of the offered Amazon order states
Searchmatches the complete order ID exactly; a partial ID finds nothing

The order list shows orders from every active marketplace in the workspace. If no marketplace is active, no orders appear.

If an item shows "Product not found in workspace", sellerfox could not match the item to a product in the product catalog. The order remains visible with the ASIN or SKU supplied by Amazon.

Open an order and read the fee state

Select a row to open the order. “View in Seller Central” opens the corresponding Amazon record.

The Summary reconciles fees, refunds, and product costs.

EST means Amazon has not posted final fees

Estimated fees are marked “EST” in the order-level “Summary” only, never on a line item. The marker disappears once Amazon posts the final fees. Actual fees are usually available within two to four days.

If product costs are missing, no cost of goods sold is deducted for the affected items. The summary shows how many items are missing product costs; in this case, the displayed margin is incomplete.

Regardless of whether product costs are complete, the summary does not show net profit. The summary ends at “DB2 (Logistics Margin)” and includes only costs that can be attributed to that order.

If Amazon has not updated an order for more than seven days and the order is neither shipped nor canceled, sellerfox shows "Stale data." and the number of days since the last Amazon update. Orders and final fees arrive on different schedules. See Orders and transactions in the refresh reference for details.

Read the Statistics heatmap

The “Statistics” tab groups non-canceled orders into seven weekday rows and 24 hourly columns. Darker cells contain more orders. The date, product-list, and marketplace filters remain active, but the status filter and order search are not available on this tab.

  • Min. orders:” treats cells below the threshold as empty for color scaling, without changing their values.
  • Hover or tap a cell to see its one-hour window, order count, and revenue.
  • The insight panel names the peak hour, the peak day, the three strongest windows, and the weekend revenue share.

The heatmap assigns each order to the local time of its marketplace, while the selected range remains bounded in UTC. The order list bounds the same range in your browser's time zone, so an order at the edge of the period can appear on one tab and be missing from the other.
