Marketplaces dashboard
Use the “Marketplaces” tab to compare the marketplaces selected for your workspace. The table includes one row per active marketplace plus TOTAL. The table, the charts, and the export all use the period set in the Dashboard toolbar.
Owners, Admins, and Viewers can all open this tab. Only Owners and Admins can create or edit KPI sets. See the Permissions matrix for details.
In the workspace settings, you choose which marketplaces appear here
This tab does not have its own marketplace filter. The rows follow your selection under Settings → Workspace → Relevant marketplaces. That selection also determines which data sellerfox loads and which marketplaces appear in filters elsewhere. See Supported marketplaces.
Each workspace belongs to one Amazon selling region, so this table only compares marketplaces from the same region, such as DE, IT, and FR in Europe. If you also sell in North America, those marketplaces sit in a separate workspace with its own table. No view combines the two. See Switch workspaces for how to move between workspaces.
Compare marketplaces in KPI Overview
The tab opens with “KPI Overview” active under “Course”, sorted by Sales (Total) from highest to lowest. Select another KPI heading in the table header to sort the table by that column, then select it again to reverse the order.
| Element | How it behaves |
|---|---|
| Comparison value | sits below the value once a comparison period is active. See Read comparison values for how to read the comparison value and switch its display mode |
| Currency | monetary values use the workspace target currency |
| KPI definition | hovering a KPI heading shows that KPI's definition |
The TOTAL row sits above the marketplaces and summarizes the whole table. How sellerfox calculates it depends on the KPI: counts and amounts such as Sales (Total) or Sessions are added up, while calculated KPIs such as CVR or AOV are derived again from their components across all marketplaces. The CVR in the TOTAL row is therefore the conversion rate across all marketplaces combined, not the average of the CVR values below it.
Follow one KPI over time
Switch to “Time course” to follow a single KPI over time. Every day, week, or month gets its own column, depending on the granularity you set. Before the date columns, the TOTAL column shows the value for the full period. Above the marketplace rows, the TOTAL row combines all marketplaces.
Choose the KPI under “KPI over time”. That choice stays linked to the sort order of KPI Overview: sort the overview by Sessions, and Time course shows Sessions — and the other way round.
sellerfox applies a separate red-to-green scale to each row and reverses it for KPIs where lower values are better. Periods whose data Amazon may still revise are hatched and excluded from the scale. See reloading past data.
For figures per ASIN, open Products & product lists and filter by marketplace there.
Choose table and chart KPIs
Use “Marketplace KPI Set” to choose the table columns: “sellerfox default KPIs”, a one-off “KPI selection...”, or a saved KPI set.
Choose chart metrics separately under “Marketplace KPIs”, above the table. Add metrics with “Add KPI”, show each KPI as a line or columns, and drag the KPIs into the order you want. Select marketplace rows in the table to add them to the chart. Only TOTAL is selected at first; clear it if it makes smaller marketplaces difficult to see on the scale.
Read the supporting charts
The four charts below the table cover the same period but ignore your table column and row selections:
| Chart | What it shows |
|---|---|
| “Sales distribution” | each marketplace's share of Sales (Total) |
| “Conversion rate” | CVR by marketplace, strongest first |
| “Session distribution” | Sessions Browser versus Sessions Mobile App, combined across marketplaces |
| “Weekday distribution” | one KPI grouped by weekday; you choose the metric in the chart itself |
Export marketplace data
Select “Export” to download the marketplace rows as an XLSX or CSV file. Export your data lists the formats available in each view.
The export differs from the table on screen:
- The export omits the
TOTALrow and every comparison value. - The export identifies each marketplace by its Amazon domain, in a column headed
Marketplace. - The column headings are always English, whichever language the dashboard uses.
A Time course export adds a KPI column and then one timestamped column for each period.
