Your account
Your sellerfox account is your personal sign-in and is separate from your workspaces. Each workspace is a self-contained system with its own Amazon connections, data, settings, team roles, and subscription. You can use the same account to join several workspaces.
Account and workspace
| Scope | What belongs to it | Where you manage it |
|---|---|---|
| Account | Name, email address, password, interface language, and authorized MCP clients | The gear icon beside your email address → User settings |
| Workspace | Amazon connections, data, settings, roles, features, subscription, payment method, company details, and invoices | “Settings” in that workspace; subscription details under Settings → Subscription |
The “DE” or “EN” language setting under User settings controls the interface and sellerfox email language for your account. Plans, payment details, and invoices are covered in Subscription, billing & credits.
Workspace data, team roles, and subscriptions never belong to the account. Removing you from one workspace leaves your account and your other memberships untouched. You can have a different role in each workspace; see Workspaces, teams & roles and Permissions.
Sign up at app.sellerfox.com/registration. Enter your name, email address, and a password of at least eight characters. Then accept the terms and privacy policy and complete the bot check. If the check fails, reload the page.
- One email address can belong to only one sellerfox account.
- Use the same address that received a workspace invitation.
- You cannot change your name or email address in the dashboard later. To move workspace access to a new address, invite a new member at that address, transfer ownership if needed, and then remove the old member.
If you do not already belong to a workspace, confirming the account creates your first workspace and makes you the Workspace Owner.
Confirm your email address
Open the confirmation link in the email "Please confirm your sellerfox account". The link confirms your address and signs you in. Any outstanding workspace invitation becomes active at the same time.
An unconfirmed account is removed after about ten days
sellerfox sends a reminder about five days after registration. If the address remains unconfirmed for another five days, sellerfox removes the account, and any open invitations expire with the account. You can sign up again, but the workspace invitation must also be sent again.
See Troubleshooting if the message or the link is missing.
Sign in at app.sellerfox.com/login.
- A successful sign-in keeps you signed in for 30 days in that browser.
- “Logout” ends the current browser session.
- Five consecutive failed attempts lock the account.
The lock applies to the account, not just the browser you were using. Resetting the password does not lift it. Contact support to have the account unlocked.
Change or reset your password
To change your password while signed in, open User settings → Edit password, then enter and confirm a new password of at least eight characters.
If you cannot sign in, use Forgot password? → Reset password. The form shows the same response whether or not the address belongs to an account. For an existing account, sellerfox sends a "Reset password instructions" link that is valid for 24 hours and can be used once.
Connected apps
Under User settings → Account: Connected Apps, manage connections to AI apps and other programs (MCP clients). A connection belongs to your sellerfox account and can include several workspaces. The entry shows the client, when it was connected, when it was last used, and the number of approved workspaces.
- Use “Manage” to choose the workspaces whose data the MCP client may query through the MCP server. You can add a workspace only when MCP is enabled there and you are an Owner or Admin in that workspace.
- “Revoke” ends the connection and invalidates the connection token. The MCP server can no longer provide the client with data from any approved workspace.
If your membership in an approved workspace ends, sellerfox automatically removes that workspace from the connection. If you rejoin later, you must approve the workspace again using “Manage”. See MCP server.
Delete your account
The dashboard has no account-deletion button. Contact support to request deletion.
Deleting an account is not the same as deleting a workspace. The Owner can delete a workspace once its subscription has ended, and Data security explains which workspace records are removed and which legal records are kept.
