KPI sets

A KPI set saves up to 25 KPIs in a defined column order. It belongs to the current workspace and a specific table type. The KPIs it can contain depend on that type.

For example, you can use a marketplace KPI set only in views with the “Marketplace KPI Set” picker. It does not appear in product, Keyword, or SQPR pickers. The same separation applies to every other KPI set type.

Choose a table's KPI selection

Each table type has its own KPI picker:

sellerfox default KPIs” is sellerfox's predefined default KPI set of frequently used KPIs for the respective table type. Alternatively, choose a saved KPI set or “KPI selection...” for a selection you do not want to save. The selected KPIs determine the table columns and their order.

Create a KPI set

  1. Choose “New KPI set” above the table.
  2. Select up to 25 KPIs and drag them into the column order you want.
  3. Enter a name that is not yet used for this table type.
  4. Choose “Save new KPI set”.

The new KPI set then appears as a named selection above the table.

Manage KPI sets

Use the gear icon beside the KPI picker to open the saved sets. There you can change a set's name, included KPIs, and column order, or delete the set. The order of saved Keyword KPI sets cannot currently be saved.

Owners and Admins can create, edit, and delete KPI sets. Viewers can select any existing KPI set in the workspace, each in its matching table type. See the Permissions matrix for details.
