sellerfox concepts and labels
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Account (personal) | Your sellerfox account is your personal sign-in, separate from your workspaces and connected Seller Central accounts. See Your account. |
| Account level (alert) | The alert scope that evaluates workspace-wide data instead of one marketplace or product. “Account level” is the exact English label. See KPI alerts. |
| Additional reports (SQPR) | Reports requested manually in addition to automatic loading. Manual requests count against a monthly allowance. See SQPR reports. |
| All workspace data (webhook) | The widest webhook scope: marketplace KPIs aggregated across the workspace, with no target to select. “All workspace data” is the exact English label. See Webhooks. |
| Comparison period | The second period against which the dashboard compares the selected period. See Date range & comparison. |
| Connection | An Amazon authorization attached to one workspace. SP-API and Ads API are authorized separately. See Amazon connections. |
| Credit | Additional capacity used by keyword tracking, Product Boost, and SQPR products above the included allowance. See Subscription, billing & credits. |
| “EST” | The marker on an order's fee while the figure is still Amazon's estimate. The marker disappears once Amazon's final fees replace the estimate. See Orders. |
| Event | A detected or user-entered change attached to a date or period. See Events. |
| Granularity | Determines whether a chart or export groups data by day, week, or month. Profit Tracking also offers hourly values for short periods. See Date range & comparison. |
| Gross Revenue | The first row in the Profit Tracking Waterfall table, calculated from individual orders. Gross Revenue and Sales (Total) come from different data sources. The German dashboard labels it Brutto-Umsatz. See Profit Tracking. |
| Initial load | The process that loads historical data after a workspace's first connection. Figures may be incomplete until the initial load finishes. See Data refresh schedule. |
| Keyword | A tracked search phrase on one marketplace whose product rankings sellerfox collects. See Keywords. |
| KPI | A defined metric. Each tool or view supports a specific selection. See KPI Explorer. |
| KPI set | A saved, ordered KPI selection. The picker above a table is labeled “Marketplace KPI Set”, “Product KPI Set”, “Keyword KPI Set”, or “SQPR ASIN KPI Set”, and the action that saves the selection is “New KPI set”. See KPI sets. |
| Loading behavior (SQPR) | The setting that selects which ASINs sellerfox requests automatically. See SQPR reports. |
| Product Boost | Provides extended current product details each day: brand and, where available, its store link, average rating, rating count, and Best Seller Rank (BSR). Uses one credit per product and marketplace. Automatic Best Seller Rank (BSR) history is collected separately and does not require Product Boost. See Products & product lists. |
| Product list | A named selection of workspace products used as a filter or scope. See Products & product lists. |
| Product slot | One active ASIN on one marketplace. The subscription includes a fixed number of product slots. See Subscription, billing & credits. |
| Report date | The marketplace's local calendar date to which Amazon assigns a report. Your browser's time zone does not affect the report date. The UI label is “Report date”. See Data refresh schedule. |
| Target currency | The currency in which a workspace displays totals across marketplaces. See Supported marketplaces. |
| Workspace | Groups one Amazon selling region, its connections, selected marketplaces, data, members, settings, and subscription. See Workspaces, teams & roles. |
| “Workspace owner”, “Admin”, “Readonly access”, “External” | The four role labels in the English dashboard. The documentation uses Owner, Admin, Viewer, and External for these roles. See Permissions. |
Amazon terms
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Ads API | Amazon's advertising API used for Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display data. See How sellerfox works. |
| ASIN | Amazon Standard Identification Number, such as B0CXYZ1234. The same ASIN on two marketplaces counts as two products in sellerfox. |
| Best Seller Rank (BSR) | Amazon's sales rank for a product in a category. See BSR Explorer. |
| Brand Analytics | Amazon's report family that includes the Search Query Performance Report. |
| Buy Box | The featured offer on a product detail page, the one a shopper buys by default. See Buy Box Rate in the KPI Explorer. |
| Marketplace | An Amazon storefront for a specific country, with its own currency and time zone. See Supported marketplaces. |
| Parent ASIN, Child ASIN | The parent ASIN groups a product family; each child ASIN identifies a variation. Depending on the view, sellerfox shows the entire product family in one row or each Child ASIN in its own row. See Products & product lists. |
| Sales (Total) | Amazon's revenue figure from the Sales & Traffic Business Report. The only change sellerfox makes is the conversion into the target currency. Sales (Total) and Gross Revenue are different metrics. |
| Search query | The phrase a shopper submits to Amazon. SQPR reports group results by search query. The export dialog calls the grouping “Search Term”; the exported column is Search Query. See Search Term Analyzer. |
| Search Query Performance Report (SQPR) | Amazon's report for search-query performance. sellerfox loads ASIN-scoped weekly and monthly periods. See SQPR reports. |
| Seller Central | Amazon's console for sellers. This is also where you approve the SP-API connection. See Connect Amazon accounts. |
| SKU | Stock Keeping Unit, a seller-defined item identifier. One product can have several SKUs. |
| SP-API | Amazon's Selling Partner API used by sellerfox for sales, traffic, orders, listings, and SQPR. See How sellerfox works. |
Advertising and funnel KPIs
| Abbreviation | Meaning |
|---|---|
| ACoS | Advertising cost of sales: ad spend divided by ad-attributed sales. |
| ATCR | Add-to-cart rate: cart adds divided by clicks. The market and ASIN variants each use their own numerator and denominator. |
| CTR | Click-through rate: clicks divided by impressions. |
| CVR | Conversion rate: orders divided by sessions or clicks, depending on the KPI. In SQPR it is purchases divided by clicks. |
| ROAS | Return on ad spend: ad-attributed sales divided by ad spend. |
| TACoS | Total advertising cost of sales: ad spend divided by total sales. |
The KPI Explorer lists the available formulas, channels, and attribution windows.
