Dashboard overview

The Overview is the Dashboard's landing view. A comparison chart, twelve KPI tiles, and four Top 10 tables cover the selected period, and “Latest events” below them lists the most recent changes. Each Top 10 table and that list links to its full view.

The Owner, Admin, and Viewer roles can open the Overview. See Permissions for the other actions available to each role. Once a trial ends without an active subscription, sellerfox opens Settings → Subscription instead of the Overview.

Set the period once

Use the toolbar above the tabs to set the period and granularity; the selection applies to every Dashboard tab. The arrows move the period, and the date display opens “Select date”. Under “Granularity”, you can switch between “AUTO”, “Days”, “Weeks”, and “Months”.

Comparison values appear in the KPI tiles and the Top 10 tables, but not in the chart. See Date range & comparison for the views the toolbar controls. Orders, Profit Tracking, and BSR Explorer have their own date controls.

What the Overview shows

The chart shows the trend over the selected period, and the tiles summarize the trend. Below the chart and tiles come the four Top 10 tables for ASINs, product lists, keywords, and search queries. The latest events close the page. The Overview itself has no export; Export your data lists the views that support one.

Chart, KPI tiles, Top 10 tables, latest events — here at weekly granularity, where the SQPR search terms also show data.

Comparison chart

The chart opens on “Organic Sales / Ad Sales”. You can switch between three predefined views, but you cannot create custom combinations.

The bars follow the granularity: one bar per day, week, or month.

KPI tiles

AdvertisingSales (Ads), Sales Share (Ads), Adspend (Ads), ACOS (Ads), TACoS (Ads), CVR (Ads), CTR (Ads), ROAS (Ads)

Each tile shows one value for the whole period. When a comparison period is active, the change against it appears beneath that value; see Read comparison values. The "(Ads)" suffix covers Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, while a KPI with "(SP)", such as Adspend (SP), counts Sponsored Products only. Every KPI name on this page links to its definition, unit, and code in the KPI Explorer.

Latest events
