Subscription, billing & credits
Under the Standard Plan, each workspace has its own subscription and invoice. sellerfox bills every subscription in EUR. Only the Workspace Owner can start, change, or cancel a subscription. Owners and Admins can view the current plan and usage under Settings → Subscription. Under the Agency Plan, this tab is hidden. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. See sellerfox.com/en/pricing for current prices.
Admins have read-only access to the subscription and invoices. See the permissions matrix for all actions by role.
Pricing components and allowances
| Part | What it covers | How it scales |
|---|---|---|
| Base plan | Dashboard access for the workspace, its connected marketplaces, and its members. | One fee per workspace with any number of members. |
| Product slots | Active ASINs kept current by sellerfox. | Added in steps. |
| Credits | Keyword tracking, Product Boost, and SQPR products above the included allowance. | Added in tiers. |
The Standard Plan includes these allowances:
| Resource | Included | Expansion |
|---|---|---|
| Product slots | 2,500 | Steps of 2,500 |
| Credits | 100 | Additional tiers |
| SQPR products | 2,500 | Additional ASIN-marketplace pairs use credits |
| Manually loaded SQPR reports per calendar month | 1,000 | Fixed allowance |
| Webhooks | 10 | Fixed allowance |
| Alerts | 100 | Fixed allowance |
| Team members | No limit or per-seat charge | Not applicable |
Your workspace may have different allowances. Use the figures under Settings → Subscription, which show credit and active-product usage. Above the list, the Webhooks page shows how many of the available slots are in use. The alert builder tells you when the alert allowance is used up.
Credits
A credit reserves capacity and is not spent each month:
- Each tracked keyword on each marketplace uses one credit.
- Each Product Boost on each marketplace uses one credit.
- Each ASIN-marketplace pair above the included SQPR-product allowance uses one credit. You can exceed this allowance only with “Custom list”; “Bestsellers by revenue” limits the selection to the included number.
A credit is released when you remove the keyword, switch off Product Boost, or shorten the custom SQPR selection. Credits do not reset at the start of a month or a billing period. The separate allowance for manually loaded SQPR reports does reset at the start of each calendar month.
When you reach the limit, either free up credits or choose a higher credit tier under Settings → Subscription. A custom SQPR selection that needs more credits than are available cannot be saved.
You can also check usage without opening the Subscription page. The dashboard header shows used and available credits on the analytics screens.
Product slots
One active ASIN on one marketplace uses one product slot. The same ASIN on three selected marketplaces uses three slots.
Active means Amazon still lists the ASIN among your open listings. It does not mean the product sold anything in the selected period. If the ASIN is missing from two consecutive daily updates of the open listings, the slot is released.
Trial
Completing onboarding starts a 30-day trial period. No payment method is required, and the trial period has the same allowances as the paid Standard Plan.
Five days before the trial ends, sellerfox sends one email to the Workspace Owner and Admins. The Workspace Owner must start a paid subscription explicitly; sellerfox never charges you automatically when the trial ends. If the trial period ends without a subscription, workspace access is restricted.
Start a subscription
Only the Workspace Owner can start a subscription.
- Open Settings → Subscription.
- Save the required invoice details: company name, address line 1, postal code, city, and country. If you do not have a VAT ID, contact support. Companies in the United States do not need one. sellerfox validates any VAT ID against the format for the selected country.
- Choose monthly or yearly billing, product slots, and a credit tier. You see the price before confirming.
- Select “Start subscription”. If no card is stored, select “Pay now” to save the card and pay the first invoice.
Billing is available for companies based in the EU, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. If your company is based in another country, contact support.
Change your plan
The Workspace Owner confirms upgrades on the Subscription page. More credits, more product slots, or a move from monthly to yearly billing take effect immediately, and sellerfox charges the prorated difference.
Downgrades go through support. This includes fewer credits, fewer product slots, and a move from yearly to monthly billing. You cannot select a tier below your current credit or product usage, so reduce usage first or keep a high enough tier.
Invoices & tax
- Invoice details belong to the workspace subscription, not to the personal sellerfox account.
- The email address on the Workspace Owner's sellerfox account is the billing contact. There is no separate billing-email field.
- Settings → Subscription → Paid invoices lists the 100 most recent paid invoices as PDFs. Open, failed, and voided invoices do not appear.
- An invoice shows the company name rather than the workspace name. To distinguish between subscriptions, use the invoice number, date, and the workspace where you opened the invoice.
- sellerfox accepts credit and debit cards. Each workspace stores exactly one card; adding a new card replaces the previous one. PayPal, SEPA direct debit, and bank transfer are not currently supported.
- VAT is calculated using the billing country and the VAT ID on file.
When workspace ownership changes, sellerfox resets the billing address and removes the saved payment method. Previous paid invoices remain accessible to the new Workspace Owner and Admins. The new Workspace Owner becomes the billing contact and must enter their billing details.
Cancel a subscription
The Workspace Owner cancels under Settings → Subscription. The subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. The exact end date is displayed.
As long as the billing period has not ended, you can select “Revert cancellation” to keep the subscription active. After the period ends, the subscription ends and access changes as described below.
When access ends
When a trial period ends without a subsequent subscription or the final paid billing period of a canceled subscription ends, sellerfox locks the Dashboard features and notifies the Workspace Owner and Admins.
- Opening the workspace redirects you to Settings → Subscription. Settings → Workspace and Settings → User Management remain accessible according to your role.
- sellerfox later emails the Workspace Owner and Admins about the scheduled deletion. From this email, you have 72 hours to start a new subscription.
- If the Workspace Owner starts a new subscription within this period, sellerfox stops the deletion and restores access. The workspace and its data remain intact.
- If no new subscription is started within the 72 hours, sellerfox makes the workspace inaccessible to all members.
The workspace therefore becomes inaccessible to all members about 15 days after the trial period or final paid billing period ends. Data security → Retention and deletion explains when sellerfox removes the product data and which records remain.
The Workspace Owner can also delete the workspace.
Several workspaces
Each workspace normally has its own Workspace Owner, subscription, and invoice. See the current terms at sellerfox.com/en/pricing.
Under the Agency Plan, sellerfox hides the “Subscription” tab and handles billing through support. Contact support if you are interested in the Agency Plan.
