sellerfox: Analyze Amazon data for your business

Analyze sales, advertising and product data together: use sellerfox dashboards, KPI sets and listing events to investigate your Amazon performance.

Sales figures from Seller Central, advertising metrics from the Ads console and changes to your listings: analyzing a product often means switching between several views. sellerfox brings these data into a Workspace so you can compare products and marketplaces over the same period.

What is sellerfox and how does it work?

Connect your Workspace to your Seller Central account, then add the Amazon Ads connection for advertising data. sellerfox loads sales, traffic and advertising reports through the official Amazon SP-API and Ads API. The connections guide explains the setup and requirements.

Data sources refresh at different intervals. Recent sales figures do not necessarily mean that advertising attribution or SQPR data for the same period are complete. Check the data refresh schedule before comparing results.

Amazon analytics: the sellerfox dashboard

Choose the date range, marketplaces and products you want to compare. Tables and charts show metrics such as sales, sessions and ad spend over time.

With KPI sets, you save the metrics and column order for a particular table type. This lets you focus the analysis on a specific question: Is one variation developing differently from the others? Are advertising costs and sales growing at the same rate?

See listing changes alongside your metrics

Events make changes visible alongside your metrics. sellerfox automatically records certain listing changes, such as changes to the title or main image. You can also record your own actions as manual events, such as an A+ Content test or the start of a promotion.

This lets you compare metrics before and after a change. A change happening at the same time as a result does not prove causation: price, advertising, seasonality and availability can also affect performance. The events guide explains which events are automatic and how to add manual events.

From a marketplace overview to individual products

The marketplace dashboard gives you an overview of the selected marketplaces in your Workspace. In product analytics, you compare individual products and variations. Saved product lists help you return to the same selection.

With keyword rankings, you follow organic and sponsored positions for your tracked search terms. The Search Term Analyzer adds Amazon SQPR data: What share of impressions, clicks and purchases for a search query goes to your products?

How can sellerfox help you develop your FBA business?

An analysis helps you answer specific questions. If advertising costs rise, compare those costs with attributed ad sales. If a variation sells less, compare sessions, conversion rate and listing events, among other factors.

Revenue alone does not show profit. In Profit Tracking, you compare revenue and costs. Make sure to maintain costs Amazon does not provide, such as your cost of goods. The documentation explains which figures are included and how costs are attributed.

These data help you choose actions and review the results later. An analysis does not guarantee a particular increase in sales or a better ranking.
