Frequently Asked Questions

  • sellerfox checks your saved conditions once a day. The latest day considered is the day before yesterday. If a condition matches or a current KPI value is missing, selected active Workspace members receive an email summary.

    KPI alerts in detail

  • You can choose monthly, quarterly and yearly reports. Each covers the completed calendar period and is generated on the fifth day of the following month. sellerfox sends a separate email for each selected reporting cycle.
