Supported marketplaces
sellerfox supports 22 Amazon marketplaces: 15 in the Europe selling region, 4 in North America, and 3 in Asia-Pacific. A workspace covers one of these regions and can contain several marketplaces within it, such as DE, IT, and FR in Europe.
One region per workspace
Authorizing Seller Central fixes both the connected Seller Central account and the workspace's Amazon selling region. You cannot change either later. If you sell in several regions, such as Europe and North America, use a separate workspace for each region.
In Asia-Pacific, Australia, Japan, and Singapore have separate Seller Central accounts. If you sell on more than one of these marketplaces, connect each Seller Central account to its own workspace.

Relevant marketplaces
Under Settings → Workspace → Relevant marketplaces, select your workspace's active marketplaces. sellerfox loads data for these marketplaces. Dashboard analyses, PDF reports, and MCP queries only cover active marketplaces. Only these marketplaces are available in filters. All members can view the selection; only Owners and Admins can change the marketplace selection. At least one marketplace must remain selected.
sellerfox lists only marketplaces that Amazon reports for the connected Seller Central account. Adding a marketplace starts a historical load. Its data appears gradually over the following days. If Amazon later reports that the Seller Central account no longer participates in a marketplace, sellerfox stops loading new report and product data for it and lists the affected domain under Settings → Connections.
Each product is assigned to one marketplace. The same ASIN sold in Germany and France therefore counts as two products in sellerfox. Tracking the same keyword in both marketplaces uses two keyword credits.
Deactivate and reactivate a marketplace
Removing a marketplace from the selection hides products of the deactivated marketplace. Data from the deactivated marketplace is excluded from analyses, including for past periods, so the totals you see may change.
Product lists remain in place, along with KPI alerts and webhooks configured for product lists. Products from the deactivated marketplace are hidden in those lists and become visible again when you reactivate the marketplace.
Deactivation deletes associated automations and keywords
Before you save, the dialog shows the affected marketplaces and explains the consequences:
- A KPI alert or webhook is deleted if the selected target is the deactivated marketplace, a parent or child ASIN, or a keyword on that marketplace. KPI alerts and webhooks for product lists remain in place, even if the list contains products from the deactivated marketplace.
- Every tracked keyword in that marketplace is deleted. The recorded keyword history is retained.
- Review tracking for products in that marketplace is turned off.
The occupied allowances and credits become available again. Reactivating the marketplace does not automatically recreate deleted KPI alerts, webhooks, or keywords. Enable review tracking again if needed after reactivation.
Adding the marketplace again starts a new historical load. If you add previously tracked keywords again, sellerfox continues the existing keyword history. See Data refresh schedule for the duration and progress of the load.
SQPR availability
The Supported column confirms that the marketplace is available in sellerfox. SQPR shows the marketplaces where sellerfox requests Search Query Performance Report data. A cross in this column applies only to SQPR. It does not affect orders, sales and traffic, advertising, keyword rankings, or Best Seller Rank (BSR).

Target currency
Each workspace has exactly one target currency. sellerfox uses this currency for KPIs based on monetary amounts. You can choose EUR, USD, GBP, AED, AUD, BRL, CAD, EGP, INR, JPY, MXN, PLN, SAR, SEK, SGD, or TRY.
During setup, EUR is preselected for Europe and USD for North America. In Asia-Pacific, you choose the target currency yourself, because Australia, Japan, and Singapore each have their own currency.
You cannot change the target currency later
During setup, choose the currency in which you want to compare results across marketplaces.
How conversion works
sellerfox automatically converts monetary amounts into the workspace's target currency. The relevant date is the date to which the data belongs, not the date on which you view it.
For completed days, sellerfox uses the closing rate for that day. While a day is still in progress, sellerfox initially uses a current rate. The converted amount may therefore change once the closing rate becomes available. If no rate is available for a date, sellerfox uses the most recent available rate from the preceding two days.
Data from the Search Query Performance Report is an exception. Because a report covers a longer period, sellerfox uses the average rate for that period. Exchange rates are updated twice a day. See Exchange rates for details.
