Automatic SQPR data retrieval on ASIN level now available

Amazon now officially provides SQPR data at ASIN level. Sellerfox uses this interface and enables automatic loading of data in two flexible modes. In addition, you will receive 500 custom reports monthly to specifically close historical data gaps.

Have you ever heard of Amazon's SQPR data?

If not, pay attention: Amazon's Search Query Performance Reports (SQPR) show you how your products are actually being found. In simple terms, you will find out exactly which search terms customers enter, how often your products are displayed and clicked on, and whether this actually results in sales. This not only gives you valuable insights for your own listings, but also allows you to directly compare your performance with the competition. In short: SQPR data is real gold for every Amazon seller!

What's inside?

In SQPR reports, you will find numbers on impressions, clicks, add-to-carts, sales, and revenues – all neatly broken down by search terms. The problem so far: Amazon has not provided an easy interface to automatically load these reports. Therefore, at sellerfox, we have enabled manual upload via CSV so far.

New feature: Automatic loading at ASIN level!

Amazon now officially provides an interface to retrieve SQPR data directly at the ASIN level. Although the retrieval of reports is currently technically limited (about one report per minute), but don't worry: Our system has been optimized so that you can still reliably and efficiently access your data.

Two modes – according to your needs

With the new feature, you can now flexibly choose how your SQPR data is loaded:

1. Bestseller Mode (Standard)

By default, sellerfox automatically fetches weekly and monthly reports for your top 100 bestseller ASINs (sorted by revenue). Do you have specific ASINs that should always be included? No problem: You can set these fixed. For example, if you have 10 fixed ASINs, the remaining 90 will be automatically supplemented with the bestsellers.

2. Custom ASIN List

Alternatively, you can create your own personal ASIN list. The first 100 ASINs are included, for each additional ASIN we charge a credit. This way you can tailor your analysis exactly to your needs – no matter how many products you want to keep an eye on.

On top: 500 Custom Reports every month

In addition, each workspace receives 500 custom reports every month, allowing you to specifically fill historical data gaps – even retroactively for up to two years.

2 Examples:

  • Do you want to analyze a whole year of data for a specific ASIN? No problem: You will need 52 weekly reports and 12 monthly reports, and still have 436 reports left that you can freely use this month.

  • Or do you want to get the reports of the last month for 500 ASINs each? That's possible too!

Your report quota is automatically reset every month. Perfect for regularly delving deeper into your data and specifically closing gaps.

How to access SQPR settings in sellerfox?

You can find the setting for which of the two loading modes you want to use on the left side menu under Workspace Settings → "Search Term Analyzer".

You can conveniently load additional reports via the dashboard in the "Search Term Analyzer (SQPR)" section – simply click on "load additional reports" at the top.

With the update, manual SQPR upload is a thing of the past. sellerfox now takes care of automatically retrieving your SQPR data!

Now it's your turn – have fun optimizing and comparing your products with sellerfox!

Frequently Asked Questions

Are old, manually uploaded SQPR reports still available?

Yes, all uploaded reports have been reloaded via the API. Depending on the number of reports, this process can take several days. If reports are currently being imported, you’ll see a notice at the top of the dashboard under “Search Term Analyzer (SQPR)”.

How can I load Brand SQPR reports?

Unfortunately, Amazon currently only provides SQPR reports at the ASIN level. As soon as Brand-level reports become available, we will integrate them.

Regarding the monthly quota of 500 additional reports: Are these counted even if the reports were already loaded?

No, only reports that are not yet present in the system will count toward the quota. Before triggering the import, you’ll always see an estimate of how many reports will actually be loaded.

How can I use credits to load more SQPR reports?

By default, sellerfox loads SQPR reports for the top 100 best-selling ASINs (based on revenue during the selected time period) for each workspace. Alternatively, you can define your own list of 100 ASINs for which monthly and weekly SQPR reports will be loaded. If you purchase additional credits in sellerfox, this will not automatically increase the number of bestseller ASIN reports being loaded. Instead, you can use one credit per additional ASIN to expand your custom SQPR ASIN list.
